My stay was very disappointing. on saturday , 8/1/15, our room was not cleaned or made. up with fresh towels. in addition when my wife and i returned at 5pm, the room smelled of smoke. when i complained, i was told that the smoke smell was from an adjoining room, and they could not clean the room, as the staff had left for the day. the next morning i spoke to the manger, jill, and asked for a credit for saturday night.
