I believe this hotel is to be demolished. recent recesion is delaying the start of the redevelopment. i have stayed there several times. rooms at lower grounds have dirty walls and very dated bathroom units. floors 10 and above are supped to be a bit better. stayed on the 12th as well - definitely better even with a tely but a serious leak marks on the ceiling made me wonder what would happen if it rained. it was a corner room so might due to a side wind. carbon footprint must be really bad for this hotel as you cant even close the windows properly. definitely worth for saving money and a great location if you are planninmg to sleep there only. enjoy the city, beautiful. weather great. beer 1 euro-ish.
