In general was ok but i will tell you some details to improve your service: we were 4 persons and everyday they just left 3 bath towels. on the baths the toilet paper need to be replenish everyday wifi super weak

Mala experiencia....falta de profesionalismo y de educacion en el front desk, muy mala la comida-sushi, milanesa , pasta- y con lo q cobran y el calor de cancun ...es impensable habitaciones sin frigobar...ni siquiera maquina de hielo en los pisos.....no volveria nunca
