Kona kai stay/rollins bowl

This was supposed to be a harbor view room...it was a no view room. in fact it was a view of dead palm trees. not impressed! will not think about staying here again, best western was way better. room service took over 1 hour, a pot of coffee was actually 1 1/2 cups not a pot. not a good value!
