We were most impressed with this hotel for its convenience in the centre of san francisco, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the comfort of the room. it serves an adequate breakfast but no other meals

The king george is perfectly situated right near union square - close to the f market to the piers and the cable car. we did lots of shopping and were able to drop off bags at the hotel and go back to do more shopping! the staff were very friendly & helpful.
