Sehr schönes hotel mit kleinen schwächen

War schon öfter in diesem hotel und finde es eigentlich sehr schön dort. leider gabe es beim letzten aufenthalt kleine abzüge in der b-note, da das frühstück etwas chaotisch war. der service entsprach zweitweilig nicht einem 5 sterne haus und das buffet wurde nicht zeitnah und vollständig aufgefüllt. wartezeit auf einen tisch beim frühstück: 15-20 minuten. ansonsten ein sehr schöner und grosszügiger spa-bereich.
