My two night stay at k west

Hotel was very convenient for olympia and rail services. good breakfast and nicely served by helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. room was functional, roomy and quiet. air-con worked well so we got a good night's sleep. we ate in the restaurant on one night - food was adequate and nicely served. reception sent someone to the room in minutes to attend to a problem with the tv. service was excellent all-round. best of all for us was the convenience for olympia, just 2 minutes walk from the hotel to the over-ground station then 1 stop down the line meant we could be there door-to-door in 10-15 minutes.

Our stay!

Very happy with the hotel and the staff who were all very helpful and friendly. only gripe - no hairdryer in the room and some lighting/plugs not working room was ready when we arrived. superb size of room

My stay at k west hotel and spa, london

I stayed for a week in october, and the hotel was great! the staff were polite and attentive i had a lovely, large room, which was cleaned to a high standard every day breakfast was until 11am, which was great! i had a really good massage in the spa too, and would highly recommend one whilst you are there

Stylish hotel

We stayed in the k west as a treat and convenient location. the room we stayed in was very spacious and very comfortable bed! if we had more time we would have made more use of the spa facilities

Divine

If you want to totally escape with a experience to treasure then this is the place. the spa facilities are the best i've experienced (and i've had many). since apr 2010 since my husband treated me to spa day package i've been another two times and already thinking about when i will be going again. my last visit included a stay at the hotel as well as a spa day. perfect choice for shopping at westfield on my husbands birthday...need i say anymore

Great for olympia

Have stayed here now 4 times. great hotel for location to olympia. when your working you need a nice hotel to come back to and chill out and this hotel is great. nice big comfy beds, nice friendly staff. will be staying here agin next time.

Ideally located hotel

Attending olympia exhibition so ideally located only a few minutes walk. also ideally located for shopping centre and tube station. rooms excellent, very clean and comfortable. continental breakfast a bit manic had to wait and cue for everything and charged for full breakfast even though not taken, which took ages to sort at reception making me late for appointment. other than this small hic up very pleased. would definately stay again and recommend to others.

So glad i found this hotel

We were doing an exhibition at olympia and have reccomended the hotel to all our collegues. fantastic, modern hotel. lovely rooms which have been well thought out. so relaxing with large sofa and coffee table, large windows, fridge and ice buckets also provided . continental breakfast with good choice and the option to just pick it up on your way out of the hotel for those in a hurry. staff were very nice and seemed really pleased that we liked the hotel. so nice to come back to this hotel after a hard day at work.

K west one of the best

A really nice hotel where the staff were very helpful. i requested an early check in and they kindly obliged and even had to borrow a mascara from the girls in the spa who were really nice. the room was very clean and spacious and there was no noise overnight. i would also recommend this hotel if you fancy a bit of shopping at westfield!

Value for money

If you are looking for a base whilst seeing the sights and enjoy kicking your heels up 'till late in the night this is the place for you. the party in the bar was in full swing at 2am however i could hear nothing of this from my room on the same floor. great contempory decor and very friendly staff, however many of my party purchased their rooms direct from the hotel and paid considerably more! it's well worth buying via this site, the benefits are the same. the bathroom was the only letdown, however i'm sure it was great when it had been first decorated, just a bit jaded, but functional and clean. i'd return again and recommend this hotel for an overnight stay.

Outstanding

This hotel was absolutly lovly id reccomend it to anyone. me and my partner went for are anniversary the service an the room was 5*. im very pleased with it an for the money was fantastic. i would mention tho on the hotel click site it states its located in south kensington but its actualy in sheperds bush, (big difference).
