The only reclamation about my room is that the sink drain was blocked and i did the reclamation in the reception but the woman in the morning almost did not understand what i was talking about, and even staying there for 5 days they were not able to fix the problem, i needed to wait the sink be blocked by itself when i was brushing my teeth, for example. the bread in the breakfast had fungus and was not fresh.
