Chose this hotel as on map it was in the harbour.expected to be in the middle of town and activity with views of the habour. well it was nowhere near it, on the side of a main road in an industrial estate near the airport. 5.5km to the centre of town or min 15 euro taxi ride. completely isolated, feature less, not a tree in site, no life. wanted to explore olbia and the beaches. beaches min 25euro ride or 3 buses a day. if you've missed it forget about the beach. the hotel does not offer a shuttle into town. big mistake. i can't understand what the other reviews find to this hotel. it's modern, charmless, functional. but very inconvenient as a holiday destination. this hotel is only suitable for an overnight for people who need to be near the airport for an early morning flight and even then you could stay in town and be there quickly.
