Very friendly and helpful staff. picked us up and took us back to the railway station in the hotel electric car. room and breakfast 3*. view of matterhorn was 5* quiet location but only a couple of minutes walk to lively bars. it would be great if they had a room to change and leave bags on check-in and departure day (rather than the bar area)
