Best Western Crystal Palace Hotel is the perfect place for a business trip, but also for a pleasure trip. The hotel offers to its guests a rich buffet breakfast, a bar, a 24/7 reception, garage (fees apply) and laundry service. Slightly disappointing
I was disappointed that this hotel didn't have a restaurant. i had to leave the hotel to eat. my bed was very hard and there was a large water stain on the ceiling which, given the building was claimed to be approximately 1200 years old, could be forgiven, it isn't something you would expect to see in a 4 star hotel. the staff were pleasant and spoke english. the breakfast was described as 'american', so what does that mean? i always thought an american breakfast would include eggs, muffins, bacon, pancakes.... all that was on offer was a standard continental breakfast. i would've liked more than one english speaking tv channel as the one there was happened to be cnn business channel which after the first 15 minutes just repeated again, and again..... and again! the internet connection was very poor and took too long to load a basic page.
