Frequent traveler

The room was horrible. top floor with windows that bearly let the sunlight in. no modern rooms as per pictures. mattress was owful and they refused to change the room saying this is the very cheap room that you have booked! i couldn't sleep well in the night and was very tired in my connecting flight.
