Niemals fünf sterne !

Zuerst das positive absolute spitzenlage zwischen frankfurt hauptbahnhof und tolle sicht auf den main ! tolles frühstücksbuffet, um ein gutes zimmer zu erhalten mußte gleich 30 euro aufpreis zahlen um nicht in der hintersten ecke des hotels zu verschwinden. trotzdem war das zimmer im 10 stockwerk stark abgewohnt ! ! ! high-speed lan anschluß im zimmer zu 20 euro am tag erwies sich bei 2mb als völlig unbrauchbar ! absolut unpersönlicher,gleichgültiger empfang schlechtes preis-leistungsverhältnis

Intercontinental frankfurt

Nice hotel, but a bit out of the way for dining and shopping. close to rail station, can inadvertently walk though red light area though

Zimmer sehr klein

Service, frühstück etc: alles in ordnung. die zimmer sind jedoch für unsere begriffe und verglichen mit anderen hotels dieser kategorie ein wenig klein.

Frankfurt rheingau tour

Our stay at the intercontinental frankfurt was exceptional. the customer facing staff were all wonderful, helpful, knowledgable, helped us book tours and advised us with any problems. room service was prompt and helpful. the location is great, a 5 minute walk from the station and a 5 minute walk from romer. the hotel offers a selection of of tours that are also excellent. the hotel is about to undergo a large refurb, this is due, the edges are just on the brink of shabbyness, not quite shabby, but you can tell the place is in need of a refurb. the breakfasts are without doubt, the best breakfasts i have ever had, everything is on offer, bacon, beans, cheeses, chicken wings!, hams, fruits, cereals, thai food! the only drawback was that the turndown service on our floor was a little "creepy" making a few inappropriate comments and actually following my female companion to the lifts.
