My experience

The hotelsclick.com experience was a huge failure. once arriving at the hotel, there was no reservations. attempting to contact hotelsclick. com was also a failure. the money had been taken from my account for the reservation and i had to pay out of pocket to stay that night. i've attempted several times to contact hotelsclick. com with no luck. i will never use hotelsclick.com again
