Nice hotel, rooms are a bit small and dated. main lobby and other areas are great. staff is very nice and helpful. about a 10 plus minute walk to the beach as you can not walk down the cliffs

We loved the location of this hotel, but our room was pretty dated. the large, tacky "shell" wallpaper, dated furnishings, and dark paint needs to go. the smaller pool also needs to be redone. for the money & based on the online photos, we really expected a much nicer room & hotel. we were also disappointed that the restaurant was closed during the day since we arrived hungry.

It is a very good hotel, the problem was we booked the deluxe room and we're given a very dark room on the ground floor with narrow windows, we complained and were given a bright deluxe room on the second floor. i don't understand why that was not booked for us in the first place. it amazes me how hotels always seem to have a better room when you complain. also room decor is drab, browns and beiges- opposite of hotel exterior.
