Absolutamente horrible!

Este hotel,esta para demolerlo,no se salva absolutamente nada,sin mantenimiento desde su inauguracion, es deprimente,sucio, cutre,inaceptable, y menos publicitando 5 estrellas,reclamamos y no hicieron absolutamente nada por mejorar el servicio, una falta de atencion total al cliente,el desayuno enla misma linea , manteles sucios, etc, el personal de restaurante y habitaciones si era muy amable, lo demas muy muy mal
