We arrived and was welcomed, checked into our room only to find that the room flooded due to shower drainage leak. was then moved to a thatch room that was totally disgusting and a feeding nest for sinus! we then moved back to the flooded room as apparently there was no other rooms available. rather wet then sick due to the dust levels in the other room. we were moved the next day at 3pm to a beautiful comfortable double room. i was just disappointed that we lost an entire evening morning and afternoon of our anniversary getaway due to delays in resolving the room issue.
