The room was dirty, found pair of socks under the bed. only the price was at the level of 4 stars hotel. very bad hotel's managment, not enough people to cover all the services, deeply understaffed. not enought cups and glasses at the breakfast which caused very long waiting before served. personnel very stressed and unpolite.

The hotel is far from 4 stars. the rooms are too small and the beds are extremely unconfortable. there is very little room for clothes (no wardrobe, just hangers). the bathrooms are fine, though. cleanliness is at a good level. staff is kind and competent but the hotel was crowded and there was only one receptionist which caused a long line of waiting clients. the hotel is far from the city center and there is no direct transportation to it.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel sicuramente per il prezzo. un po fuori mano con pochi servizi attorno, tuttavia in zona tranquilla. autobus a 5 minuti a piedi, ottimo il sevizio transfert dell'albergo per la metro più vicina, peccato sia solo al mattino. stanze 4 stelle?? notevole la parte dolce della colazione a buffet: tante torte / dolci fatti in casa.

We came fore one night i was disapointed that the says there is internet conection but this is not for free. they say there is a parking & this is not free at all. they give ua a room without place to clothes.
