We were greeted by a desk staff that seemed to have an attitude of indifference, as if we were an annoyance. the elevator was not working and we received no offer of help moving our bags up the 3 flights of stairs to the 1st level. the room was tiny and triangular. the small amount of space was largely unusable. one had to take care not to hit their head on the tv on the way to the bathroom. the shower and bath were nicely appointed and worked well. the breakfast was fairly good. to get to the terminal, the desk staff told us to take a bus. we decided to take an uber and spent less money with much more convenience.
