I really enjoyed my stay in this charming little french hotel, we had a room on the ground floor which felt more like having a small apartment than a hotel room. only problem was being the noise transfer through the rooms, random drainage noises and even conversations held amongst other guests early in the morning could be heard from our room.

Excellent hotel - the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the location was superb (just a bit noisy in the early morning when the bin men and delivery men came round!). good buffet at tbreakfast. helpful friendly staff.

We picked opera franklin for a long weekend trip with our 6 year old son. it is very near the metro station and there are plenty of places to eat very nearby. the opera is about 10 minutes walk away and we even walked all the way to notre dame ! we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel, the staff were very friendly the room was more spacious than expected and a camp bed was already made up for our son when we arrived. most importantly the bathroom was quite modern and was clean. breakfast was self service in a small but pleasant area and had all that we needed for a busy says sight seeing. if i go to paris again i would most certainly stay there again, i think it was great value for money.
