The newly launched ibis Melbourne Swanston Street believes in providing comfort, convenience and round the clock security to their guests for a reasonable price. The limited service concept allows the hotel to keep their rates low. Rooms are serviced every 3 days except on Sundays and gazetted... Good location and value for money
In my stay for 4 nights, i found that the hotel was very conveniently located, just about 15 minutes walk to the city centre. it has tram services just outside the hotel. the reception staff are very helpful and courteous. they are also friendly. the rooms are small but very tidy and clean. the wi-fi is good and free. though it is facing the road, it is not very noisy when the window is closed. it does have a fridge but the management would soon expand it's service to include it later in the year.
