Bella struttura , peccato per palafitte e struttura contruita sull acqua stile maldive lasciata abbandonate. spiaggia fantastica altro che playa pilar . cibo sempre lo stesso e fatto male, servono acqua nelle caraffe dicendo distillata quando invece siamo stati tutti male!! consigliato di dare le bottiglie! personale davvero disponibile .

Guy in charge of catamaran always asked to come back later for finally not respected the réservation we made. he even leave beginning of afternoon for an activity supposed to finish at 5pm... really wonder if he want to work

Ho soggiornato 6 giorni presso l'iberostar mojito. siamo stati benissimo. camera molto grande con un poccolo ma accogliente giardino. il villaggio ha 3 piscine grandi, un bar dove pranzare che fa una pizza niente male e per cena e pranzo un ristorante a buffet sempre molto ben fornito e con tanta scelta di ogni genere. ci sono inoltre altri vari ristoranti solo su prenotazione ma compresi nel prezzo dove poter passare una serata diversa.. nel complesso valuto molto positivamente questo villaggio. l'animazione tutte le sere ha proposto serate con balli tipici cubani che hanno saputo accontentare tutti i visitatori di ogni paese (anche se in questo villaggio c'erano prevalemtemente famiglie cubane, italiani e canadesi)..noi ci siamo trovati benissimo! consigliamo di andare in giornata a playa pilar. passa il pullman davanti al resort e in 1.30 ora si arriva in un paradiso, probabilmente la spiaggia più bella di tutta cuba!!

The price is quite high for a place which is far away from the beaches, practically no offers at the snack bar and a very sad buffet. due to permanent high tide the beach had been washed away, watchperson warned guests to not swim in the water. pool/beach towels were not available one day because the laundry bus had not come. given the fact that we had to drive far to find a beach and were not provided with towels we expressed our disappointment at the service desk. very reluctantly and with open disdain about the lady fetched two towels for us while we were waiting 15 minutes. our room had no balcony, doors opened only if you threw your weight against them, toilet seat didn't fit the bowl ... bottom line: we asked ourselves why it was a four star hotel. keeping beer and rum running all day is not really an asset for every traveller.

Place & beach is nice but hotel id old and unkept !! toilet seat is falling off , rusty tub mm the pool is not kept clean but we survived and had a great time !!

The iberostar hotel in cayo coco is a really nice place. we had a nice room in one of the houses. i really liked the structure of small houses around the area instead of a big hotel building. service was awesome. when we went to have dinner/lunch, we would grab a table, get out food at the buffett and up on return we already had our glass filled with water. they have delicious and freshly made food. the pool area is nice as well with a little bar inside the pool to have drinks. the beach is simply incredible. the last night our air conditioner broke in our room and so the bathroom was flooded. i think this can totally happen and the next morning reception got to the problem. the only thing that made our stay not awesome but only almost awesome were the mosquitos. we got attacked really bad those two days we stayed there. it wasn't the hotels fault but it just really ruined our trip there. we even had to go to the doctor, btw. which is there 24/7 and really nice! so hands up! go to the iberostar but be aware of the mosquitos!

After backpacking across cuba, iberostar mojito was a nice place for a few days of resting. the hotel facilities (private beach, three swimmingpools, several restaurants and bars, a theatre, a gym, beachvolley and tennis areas, ...) are modern and suitable for families, groups of friends and elderly people. the food is reasonably good and the staff is rather friendly. i really appreciated the possibility of having a simple lunch by the beach.

Febbraio 2016... dopo aver visitato l' havana poi trinidad.....ci siamo voluti rilassare tre gioni....e ci siamo recati a cayo coco in un hotel meraviglioso iberostar moijto....dove ci hanno coccolato allla grande....su una spiaggia a dir poco incantevole...peccato che abbiamo trovato un pò di vento fastidioso...ma per il resto mangiare e bere di tutto a volontà....musica balli e la sera pettacoli emozionanti con ballerini eccezionali.....hotel da consigliare...
