I believe everything was ok with the hotel, however the room itself, for what i paid ($270 per night) was very average. i guess it is a normal price in sydney, but i paid no more than 100$ for better rooms elsewhere. same for breakfast, 35$ for an average buffet.

Friendly staff, comfy beds. the rooms are lovely. we stayed on the 6th floor facing the city -water view would have been lovely but i'v heard they can be noisy if lower down. found the roof top bar, lovely place for pre dinner drinks. the breakfast buffet was great too... we'll be back ...

This hotel ticks all the boxes for us - the location is central and all transport and dining options are onsite or a short walk. the hotel décor is fresh, clean and well maintained. rooms are clean and quiet. the staff are helpful, professional and friendly and offer service that is well beyond the usual. all this and great value-for-money too. this is our preferred hotel in sydney y and one we recommend to family, friends and business colleagues.
