The hotel is a solid upscale business class hotel with excellent service and a nice restaurant. by far the best thing about this hotel is that the location which is integrated directly into the airport.

We had an early flight, staying at this hotel made access to the check in very easy. there was a very wide variation in the price of the room we stayed in depending on which web site was used. my suggestion would be to search hard to get a good deal.

The hotel was clean. the bed was comfortable. the pillows fluffy. the sheets soft. overall a relaxing time before a long flight. the balcony overlooking the inside of the airport made it feel much less like you were entirely indoors, although with the balcony door open, it can be a little noisy.

Overall, the room was clean, and the staff were very freindly and helpful. the room felt luxurious. my room faced the interior of the airport. other rooms faced the exterior. i understand facing inwards gives better wireless internet connectivity which by the way is free throughout the airport. however, it is a bit more noisier as all of the rooms had balconies and the balcony doors cannot screen out all of the noise. the pool was a bit small to do any real swimming, but i think kids would like it. it works well if you are travelling as a family. the fitness room was well equipped. if i had to give any advice to hyatt, i would suggest posting the ticketing locations for everyone to see. the receptionist gave me wrong directions and i ended up frantically looking for the place to check my bags.
