Hotel shuttle service was very good and regular. the hotel itself is in serious need of an update as very shabby in areas. their book was not up to date. staff seem inexperienced and we had to go and get booking details as they didn't believe we had breakfast included. beds were small but comfortable. we had to ask for more towels as they only supplied 2 and there were 3 of us.
