Attractive hotel with friendly staff, extremely clean rooms which are well stocked (iron, hairdryer, kettle, snacks and minibar). delicious breakfast (lots to choose from) with excellent times meaning that you didn't have to get up too early or rush. really enjoyed sitting in the bar/reception area - lovely cocktails!

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great stay. the rooms were clean and had confortable jensen beds. the rooms weren't very large but were very clean. our rooms overlooked the lipstick building as opposed to rooms facing inwards on an inside gravel area. the widows didnt open but air condition was provided in the room along with under floor heating. house cleaning arrived a little too propmp starting to knock rooms at 9am! there was a large selection available for breakfast including hot foods, cereal, toast and fruit. one thing to note is the fact that the hotel is above the train station so from time to time you do hear the platform announcements. hotel bar was also very busy on friday night so was good to mingle! reception staff very friendly and helpful in addition to speaking perfect english.

This hotel was competatively priced. ideally situated beside tram station ,railway station and bus station. the roooms were immaculate with good facilities.no external noise problems. would certaily use on return visit. ps the breakfast buffet was superb as were the staff.
