This is an excellent hotel and it is always a pleasure to stay there. the hotel is run very efficiently and well with friendly staff. it is worth staying for the breakfast alone which is superb. even though the hotel located some distance from central london, the gloucester road tube station is very close as are the museums, albert hall etc.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel, it was clean and comfortable and we were on the 22nd floor so the views were amazing! it was in a convenient spot, with hyde park not too far away and tube round the corner so we could go further afield.

Booked the hotel for a very good price for london. room was nice clean and had all the things you would expect. very helpfull staff and a fabulous buffet breakfast. literally 100m from the tube station so brilliant location. we had a great two night stay.

Stayed for 3 nights for long weekend break with 2 yr old. great base for exploring kensington museums etc. ok, looks a bit like a tower block from outside but clean and modern decor. had breakfast package, lots of options, service very quick despite being busy. booked cot in advance and it was there when we arrived. staff very helpful and child friendly.

The hotel rooms are a bit too small for comfort. the door to the bathroom was a very heavy and difficult to open/close sliding door. our room was on the side in front of a railway and it was very noisy. the room also had visible dust and dirt around the corners and the beds were badly stained. the reception staff did not give us any information regarding the facilities. i thought the bar and breakfast room was the small area serving drinks and food, but there was a large english type bar and alternative much better stocked breakfast room on the first floor. we missed out on these options the first night. the location was convenient and the facilities qood, when you realised they were there. the hotel staff were friendly in the main.
