I would definitely recommend this hotel, it was clean and nice staff who worked there. they were really assist you. want me to london again with the family i will use this hotel again. if i were to say anything negative it would be the view, our room was in a kind of shaft

This hotel has a great location for the users of heathrow express. service, location, cleanliness was good, but i was surprised when i opened a curtain, big construction was just in front of me, and i could see 100 people with shavel&helmet. however room was comfortable enough.

Clean, unexpectedly quiet, well maintained and perfect location for bus, tube and airport train connections. breakfast selection was incredible and suited all diet requirements.

Out of paddington station into a 4 star hotel. out of the hotel onto the heathrow express. what more can you ask for? we had twin room 514. good fitout though the window is tiny. comments: the hotel is overly hot and very dry which dehydrates you overnight. although the sheets and pillows were good quality the mattress leaned! the power went off when i used the iron and it took over an hour before this was fixed. the shower controls are unusual. shower temperature fluctuated occasionally from cold to too hot to stand. breakfast was fine but pretty standard. my expectations were raised after reading their marketing blurb.

Excellent location, exactly what we need for a short stay in london. the price is excessive, even for the location. the rooms are dated and basic. the worst experience is having to pay 15 pounds for each day of internet use. it is outrageous for hotels to charge anything for internet access, for a 4-5 star hotel like hilton. but to charge 15 pounds a day is unacceptable. i have stayed at hotels at this price range - they are smart enough not to charge extra for internet access. this will drive guests like us away.
