On arriving to check in during early evening i was advised that we had been moved to another hilton zhotel furrther away. i advised that this was not acceptable as it was the location of this particular hotel because it was adjacent to the exhibition halls where i had several teams of men working, hotel stated that they had advised me if the move ,,,,,which they had not......and also stated that they had no rooms available as i was prepared to pay a higher rate for a better room, they repeatedly insisted that they had no rooms available...however i stood my ground and surprise surprise they found one for us. i think it is appalling that a hotel can treat customers like this.....hotel itself was fine..but initial service and handling very bad
