Ideal for shopping but bathrooms need renovation asap

Good location with bus stop just right outside the hotel and tube station (shepherd's bush stop) just 3 minutes on food. excellent breakfast with variety of cheese and an option of omelette waffle or pancake to be prepared just for you. the only drawback was the bathroom. very small and the door was broken. no free internet access was a minus too

Good hotel - good location

All over satisfied, not new-furbished room, but ok, breakfast good (not queue if you are up quite early), service-minded staff. we like the location next to shepards bush, holland park, portobello road/market and westfield shopping and a short taxi-trip to heathrow airport!!
