Stayed here for two nights whilst visiting venice and it had no faults. the staff were extremely friendly, the rooms were spotless and the shampoo, tea etc was replaced after use. we got a bus pass to go to venice and use the water buses which was very useful. the pool was also great for relaxing! overall great experience and highly recommend.

Stayed here for 4 nights in july and was lucky to be upgraded to a lovely superior room. hotel is clean and modern. bus stop just outside which takes you into venice itself in 10-15 minutes with no problem. be careful when returning late evening as bus can be very busy. this hotel was a great choice as it was good to be able to spend time relaxing by the pool when the sightseeing got a bit too much! easy to get to from the airport - the number 5 airport bus stops outside. be aware though that you have to use an overhead walkway to cross the main road. the lifts don't work and if you have very heavy suitcases to carry up and down the stairs this may be a problem.

10 mins bus drive and 20 mins on way back. we had an air conditioning issue and they shifted our room. very comfortable with car parking out front

We were able to get the benefits of a wonderful trip to venice without having to pay a high price for accomodation.ten minutes on a bus which stops right outside the hotel,and you are in the heart of the city.the hotel has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. the location is reflected in the reasonable price.i would recommend this hotel to anyone that is travelling to venice on a budget but who does not wish to compromise on quality and cleanliness.

The hotel is lovely and staff speak good english so easy to deal with. we got the no.5 bus from the airport (e5 each adult) and i asked the driver if he would let us know when we got to the hilton. he must have forgot and drove pass the stop with people waving for him to stop! by the time he stopped, we were about 5-10 mins walking distance from the hotel but one part was along a very busy dual-carriage way with no footpath. as we had a baby in a pram we had to turn back as too dangerous. we phoned the hotel to ask them to send a taxi to collect us but they couldn't! we went to another hotel down the road from the hilton (you could see it) and ordered a taxi which charged us e20 for a 2 minute journey! we had dinner in the hotel but it came out lukewarm and the chicken was raw in middle. we send it back to the kitchen and a new meal came back very quickly which was cooked properly, hot and it was nice!
