We stayed for 1 night and thought the hotel was in a prime location, clean and we had a full english breakfast although it did state continental breakfast when i booked it, so that was a nice surprise. staff were friendly and helpful. would stay here again next time visiting liverpool.

Stayed here recently - right next door to a metro station (but i didnt get any noise from it) - good sized clean rooms and close to shops and attractions. nothing not to like.

Great hotel in a brilliant location. comfy bed. nice breakfast but was help yourself and very busy with lots running out. another member of staff would be useful.

The hotel was simple but the service was good, rooms clean and it was very close to albert dock and pier head without a large price tag. good for a short stay

As it was a 3 star we weren't expecting too much, just a standard room. wow were we pleasantly surpirsed when we went up to our room. the rooms were very spacious with a very nice bathroom. the staff were very frielndly wether in the bar or reception. a very nice breakfast in teh morning. all very nice and very modern. the staiton is literally on its doorstep, a great location. i would have no problem at all about recommending thiis hotel to anyone.

We booked three rooms for the weekend of our daughters graduation. my father recently developed some health prtoblems which made it difficult for him to walk very far. the staff were womderful helping us to get him settled comfortably, carrying his bags etc. thw weather was wonderful we had a great weekend -the location of the hotel is excellent for seeing the sites/going shopping/eating out - we walked everywhere. we even got to see a free concert and firework displayat the waterfront which was 5 minutes away. one note of cautioon the hotel is next door to a train station. we were on the first floor and you could hear faint rumblings from the train - it didn't disturb us but it might disturb very light sleepers. my daughters room was 2 doors further away from the station side on the same floor and you couldn't hear the trains at all. the rooms were spotless and the beds very comfortable
