I was happy with that the amazing price that i could get immediately online. that was excellent price and good quality hotel. i was satisfied with that but i've little disappointed that hotel has not much family activities and entertainments during the winter season. and that smoking air was so bad even it comes up to the non smoking room where we slept.

Place was beautiful. however, the couch in the rooms where broken and dirty. one of the rooms had both frames of bed broken. in our bathroom the tub was clogged.

Got a great rate for a one night stay. rooms were ready early, they were clean and perfect for our needs. really nothing to complain about. will stay again

I've stayed at harrahs many times, but this time the room was not acceptable. room 5003 was the room and after i left from spending 2 nights i noticed numerous bug bites on my left arm, chest, back and forehead. i realize i should have notified the hotel manager earlier but i think this will get the message across. i'm not a panic type person, i treated the bites and i'm fine. others however might make a huge deal and sue the hotel for medical and trauma. also, the carpet was old, dirty and stained. because it was a smoking room i didn't think to much of it but i would never go barefoot in that room. i would go back to harrahs because i like the casino and what it has to offer. but, i would not recommend it to others
