We were disappointed with the hotel rooms. the lounges and bars were really nice also the memorobillia . for a 4 star hotel the rooms were small and should have had fridges ours didn't and i did ask why but reception staff said fridges weren't necessary. i replied that the complimentary water would be warm and they said if you want ice just phone for some. i thought for the price paid fridges should have been in the rooms . also no walk in showers just shower over bath also difficult for older people.
