This 2 star hotel is located in the city centre of Naples. The Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool. All 91 rooms are equipped with hairdryer, ironing set and air conditioning. Alarm alert!!
The hotel is a simple but nice one, in escence good for our purpose. however, due to a malfunction of the fire alarmsystem we had unwanted wake up calls two nights in a row. actually one night twice. not much fun when on vacation. worst of all, the hotel was not able to give us their intended refund due to the two step procedure in booking. the hotel claimed they where to send their bill to expidia and our booking where thru hotelsclick. therefore we could not get the refund. resultning in that we will do all further hotel bookings directly with hotels. we learned a lesson. stay away from booking sites.
