We stayed at the hotel for one night as my daughter was graduating from liverpool university. when we arrived at around midday one of the two rooms we had booked was ready so we all put our bags into the one room and asked if we could have the other room close by. when we returned we found we had the room next door which was great. the staff are very helpfull and friendly. the hotel itself is lovely, clean and really comfy beds. had a good nights sleep. breakfast was buffet style with everything you could want. we had parked our car in the car park underneath the hotel at a cost of £10 per night. we paid an extra £5 to leave the car until 5 o clock as my daughters graduation ceremony was in the afternoon which helped as we didn't fancy looking for somewhere else to park. overall i would highly recommend this hotel.
