We were extremely satisfied. the location is perfect. the front desk staff very helpful. the room was very clean and a good size too (this was a twin room; i think some of the double rooms are small, would be worth checking in advance). the bathroom was modern and well equipped. the room was also well equipped, although some of the furniture has seen better days, which i did not mind, this is only a *** afer all. the bed was very comfy, and the room had a fridge (handy to keep all the yummy things you might buy at the nearby boqueria market), tv with satellite, safe, balcony and plenty of storage. the breakfast was very good too, with a lot of variety and morning newspapers in different languages. in the lobby, there are 2 free access computers with printers, a rack of magazines and a bar. the cava on arrival was a nice touch. in terms of price, we ended up paying a lot less via hotelclick than the hotel's own advertised rates, so it is worth shopping around. overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations.
