Had a family vacation at this hotel, great location next to a pine forest, nice and quite. 5 mins walk to the main city street and 10 mins to the sea. great staff - very polite and helpful, i asked for a room with a pool view on the 4th floor and got it upon arrival. no complains about food as well - very nice all inclusive with a good variety of drinks (although red wine wasn't really good all of the time), tasty fruits and deserts. very nice pancakes every morning and fish every evening. rooms and the hotel in general are kept very clean. there was only i thing i really didn't like - animation. it was good, but way too loud. room and reception furniture is a bit worn out and should be replaced. also keep in mind that there is no wifi in the rooms, it's only available at the reception and isn't that fast as it might be especially when there are lots of people around using it. beds were a bit too hard for me, but i got used to it eventually, some people wouldn't notice that, it's just something to keep in mind.
