I spend 7 wondrful days there of the end the september. it was time after the hurricane irma but there were not any problems. the location on the end the peninsula varadero in natural park punta hicacos is wonderful and everywhere is amazing and very quietly. it's realy the best ! caribbean paradise ! very nice reception by women speaking with typical cuban accent, she explained me all about the resort. the room was nice and has a view into a beautifully maintained caribbean garden. room's towels were fresh every day. the all swimpools are great and very clean. only a 1 minute walk to the most beautyful beach that i had ever seen. the hotel's management is very friendly and makes everytings the stay very well. the staff everywhere was very kind and helpful. the gourmet restaurant has very good cuisine and excellent service. there is the cuban club where is playing the orginal cuban music - old and modern that is realy great. i love it... the greatest surprise were that on all roofs of hotel buildings are placed solar panels and the hotel conserves the energy through renewable energy sources to grow ! next time i visit cuba and varadero, i want to live in this hotel again. thanks for great stay and time at grand memories varadero hotel :-)
