Very enticing, moderately priced all-inclusive hotel that had high ratings...we expected so much more and were sadly let down. the food was less than mediocre and don’t bother with “reservations” to la luna. the cleanliness was a basic mop and bucket that i’m almost certain was used across countertops and shower floor. we will not be staying here again.
