Very bad

This is not a 4 star hotel. everything is low standard. breakfast very simple. reception area did not exist. outside area much smaller than shown on photos and only space for quest coming very early. no exercise room as announced. roof area only open from 10 - 18 i.e. no place to exercise in the morning etc. very bad service in the reception.
