The family room is very small, dingy which is not the cleanest. the beds are a disaster. the bathroom is small but newly renovated. the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. the hotel's location is excellent. what could be more trouble that there is no elevator.

Unsere buchung mit vorauszahlung war angeblich nicht angekommen. uns wurde für die erste nacht ein zimmer unter dem dach ohne fenster angeboten. am zweiten tag konnten wir in ein einzelzimmer (zur doppelbelegung) umziehen. freundliches personal, katastrophales management.

Me gustaría poder comunicar con ustedes ya que no fue posible pernoctar en este hotel ya que el gerente nos dijo que no trabajaba con ustedes y que no habia recibido nada de reserva ni dinero. me parece que son una empresa poco seria ya que no hay forma de comunicarse con ustedes. tuvimos que alojarnos en otros hoteles y pagar nuevamente.
