Lobby
The reception area is very small. It combines the check-in desk and a very limited seating area. It is furnished in a warm, homely style.
Exterior
The hotel is built in the typical town house style of rothenburg, painted pale beige, with a sloping roof, attic windows and flower boxes.
Rooms
Due to the age of the building the rooms vary in shape and size, though on average they are small. All around the hotel are old pieces of furniture and ornaments, depicting the medieval years of the past. The standard rooms are furnished to a basic standard. They are comfortable but lacking atmosphere and style. Having said that, both the rooms and the bathroomsare in very good condition.
Restaurant
The restaurant, which is located on the ground floor at the front of the building and is also open to the general public is decorated with wood panelling, old ornaments and brick-a-brack, becoming a very cosy, bavarian style restaurant in the evening.
