The newly renovated lobby and reception area is large and elegantly furnished creating a sophisticated air. There is plently of seating where guests can relax or take a cup of coffee.
Although the hotel dates back to 1723, as a result of its destruction in 1944, it was completely rebuilt. However, the style (both interior and extrior) has remained traditional and the building succeeds in blending with its historic surroundings.
The bedrooms are all large, comfortable, and in very good condition. The beautiful pieces of furniture provide the rooms with a very warm and luxurious atmosphere. The bathrooms are also in very good condition.
The two restaurants are very different. One with its wooden tables and chairs provides a rustic and typically bavarian style restaurant while the other is furnished with far more elegance and sophistication for the more formal diners.
