Weekend getaway

Awful customer service
Room was filled with dust. looked like it wasn't cleaned in a month. requested to have them clean it, and they said they would do a vip cleaning. checked the room when we got back and was still dirty. front desk was extremely rude.

Smart hotel design and location.
Each room has its own view for different sides of orlando,excellent room facilities and luxury,i recommend this hotel for all travellers to orlando considering hotel smart design and location.
