Nice downstairs - not so nice upstairs!

Staff, meeting areas and breakfast were all lovely. the bedroom had not seen any love for a long time. the bed was clean and comfortable but the rest was just a bit 2 stars around the edges and the bathroom was long overdue a refurbishment with mouldy grout between the tiles. and we got a free room upgrade so i hate to think what the standard room would be like! free wifi but i couldn't see it other than in a main ground floor area.
