This is an excellent choice of hotel for guests wishing to stay in a comfortable traditional property in the centre of town. Parking on fee. Slightly disappointed
We booked our stay on 02/01/15 and free parking was advertised at this hotel, when we arrived on 31/01/2015 we were told that the hotel was no longer part of the legacy group and we had to pay £5.00 per parking charges - i have never paid to park in a hotel where i was a guest. the room we stayed in was ok but there were damp and mould patches in one corner of the room. all in all the hotel needs a refurbishment. full english breakfast - small to say the least. staff on reception were friendly and welcoming.
