The hostel was nice! but we actually booked a double room and ended up in a shared room with 4 other people due to a misleading booking process by the booking agency hotelsclick.com ! on our booking was even written, that we booked a double room. the service team refuses to accept that they are mistaken and do not give any reimbursement.

Gebuchter doublebed room entpuppte sich als 4-bett-zimmer. das bei hotelsclick als stark reduziertes doppelzimmer angebotene zimmer war bereits mit zwei personen belegt. doppelzimmer wäre auch verfügbar gewesen, aber mit aufpreis von 150 gbp für 4 nächte! fehler lag laut reception angeblich bei hotelsclick, die "shared" weiter gegeben haben. zimmer war im 7. og; lift war dreimal ausgefallen. treppenhaus sehr schmal, begegnungsverkehr nur bei treppenabsätzen möglich. schöne lage, junges publikum.

Pessimo attenzione alla prenotazione!!!!!! con bagno condiviso in camera intendono che all'interno ci sono altre persone estranee, che posso cambiare di notte in notte, letti a castello sono tipo caserma anni 50, il bagno si sviluppa in un massimo di 2 mq, l'ultima pulizia della stanza risale alla 1° dinastia dei winsor, la colazione si riduce a una fetta di pancarrè da tostare con un spalmata di miele. in conclusione esperienza traumatica sia per mè che per la mia famiglia, unico vantaggio la buona posizione. altamente sconsigliato

Al mio arrivo una amara sorpresa. non c'era una camera doppia che avevo prenotato con hotelsclick tramite trivago e dove avevo specificato la presenza di un minore.
