Fairly good, shame about the tea & coffee
Not a bad hotel at all. kanika have done a very good job in refurbishing. the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. one thing i would take issue with is the fact that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, indeed you had to pay an extra 3 euros per night to get this service, which i feel is unacceptable in a 4 star hotel! the only other gripe that i have is that at breakfast, again it was all self-serve, no tea or coffee service from the waiters - not something i would have expected from a four star hotel. finally, a word to management. please make sure that if you provide entertainment, it is of good quality! i came downstairs to the lounge but only stayed as long as it took me to drink a cup of tea. the singers were amateur, looked a mess and were often out of tune! not a good reflection on the hotel.
