Es un hotel que está bien pero para 2 estrellas. a un hotel de 4 estrellas no le puede faltar en el desayuno naranjas, tomate rallado, unos yogures decentes, no los de la marca pascual que no hay quien se los coma. unas rebanadas buenas de pan, no el pan bimbo de plástico ...

The bedroom and baths were really large, and the bed was good. the location is very good for not being in down town, burger king and a super market with very good opening hours are very close, and there are several other restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. don't expect to get a free transport to or from the airport, and the people at the reception were not very professional, they missed my wakeup call, and at checkin i did not get wifi access for all my days. the breakfast was below average for spain, i wouldn't give more than 5 euro for it. as usual in spain the walls are very thin and you hear a lot of noise from the surroundings.

To be honest i had tried the holiday inn at the bernabeu - i was double booked! moved to calle alcala - excellent decision!. not difficult to find. it is not central but it is an easy journey in on the green line. hotel staff lovely and very helpful. i have very bad spanish but they were lovely and very helpful. the room was big and very clean. there is a swimming pool but i didn't use it. and there is the shuttle bus to the airport - brilliant. i really enjoyed my stay and will definitely use this hotel again. thank you.

Sono stato in questo hotel x 5 notti. posizione periferica, metropolitana a circa 300 metri, e con taxi al centro con circa 15 euro. camera e bagno spaziosi, bagno ok con un ottimo e completo kit di prodotti, camera x il mio gusto con arredo di stile un po' antico, ma comunque non vecchio. abbastanza silenziosa. colazione media, con quasi tutto ma un po' triste la sala in se x se. grandiosa palestra e piccola piscaina coperta riscaldata. insomma nel complesso non ci si puo' lamentare direi che il soggiorno è stato positivo ed il rapporto qualità prezzo è notevole. dimenticavo superbo servizio di lavanderia, date 3 camicie da lavara la mattina, a tarda mattinata ricevute lavate, stirate a costo minimo.
